Lease Returns

If you are arranging your own return of equipment that you need to return to our facility, please contact our lease return department for special dealer pricing for pickups on our regular routes. Visit our Lease Returns Page for more information.

If you are arranging the return of equipment, please call our shipping/receiving offices at (330) 478-4778, option 4, then 1 for Ohio or 2 for Georgia.

Parts/Supplies

We offer new and pre-owned parts and supplies as available. Please call our sales staff to check current availability on the parts or supplies you are looking for, or send us an email with your inquiry.

Testing Procedures

Our goal is to accurately report the condition of each piece of equipment to our clients so that there are "no surprises" when you receive it. Our team of trained service personnel inspect and evaluate each piece of equipment we receive. Premium equipment is tested at the following level:

  • Various functions are tested for operational integrity including: document feeders, finishers, duplex, reduction/enlargement, all paper sources.
  • Print, scan and fax boards are checked for initialization and a configuration page is printed.
  • Operational problems, damages and cosmetic flaws are notated.
  • The technician drafts an opinion regarding copy/print quality.
  • All findings and test copies from this evaluation process are kept with each machine.
  • The unit is cleaned, any extraneous decals are removed and any toner spillage found is vacuumed out—then it is stretch-wrapped and stored in our facility.
  • Machines are quality control checked throughout the entire process to ensure the highest level of accuracy.

Before your order is shipped, a member of our sales team checks your equipment one last time to insure that there are "no surprises" for you or your customer when your equipment is received. Non-premium inventory items may only receive nominal testing as noted in our detailed inventory.
